Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was displayed incorrectly or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.

Prices and payment

All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT. Delivery is free within the UK. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through the methods listed in our Payment Policy. If we discover a pricing error before dispatch, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel the order.

Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

See our Return & Exchange Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Product information

We take care to describe and measure our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Garment measurements are given in centimetres and may vary by 1–2 cm between items of the same size.

Accounts and conduct

You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us. You may not use the site for anything unlawful or to interfere with its operation.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to {{COMPANY}} or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights as a consumer to bring a claim in your own country of residence.
